Yoga with Michelle Jeanne

I teach a live Vinyasa Flow Yoga class on a Thursday evening at 7:45pm which is accessible from the comfort of your own home.
This class is ideal for those wishing to practice at home or to get an idea of what a Vinyasa class feels like before committing to an in-person class.
The 60min class aims to shake off the day with breath and movement, winding down with slower deeper postures before ending with a 10 min relaxation.
By the end of the class, you will be ready to roll off the mat and into your bed.
